Description
All bee vac kits include what is shown in the photos: bottom board, top with removable slide, cut-out shim, and all hardware. To reduce damage in shipping, some minor assembly is required. All hardware mountings are pre-drilled for easy alignment.
Does not include hive bodies, vacuum, hoses or ratchet strap.
The Bushkill Bee Vac is designed to work with standard 2-1/2″ shop vac-like hoses and available adapters to accept the motor from certain wet/dry vacuums with detachable blower. The advantage of using one of these vacuum models is that you don’t need to drag your entire wet/dry vacuum with you.

In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, we use locally grown and harvested pine for the majority of our vacuum. All plywood pieces are made from 100% plantation and sustainable hardwoods and contains absolutely no tropical hardwoods and therefore does not impact the world’s rain forests. We also do our best to reduce waste and therefore, discolorations, knots, and minor imperfections in the wood are likely. No knots or imperfections are in any critical areas of the bee vac, and none will impact the functionality. All corners are rabbet joints, glued, and stapled for added strength. If not subjected to abuse, the vac will provide many years of service.
